NOWOŚĆ 2009-2010

Semiautomatic, hydraulically manipulated two column band saw machine suitable for cutting of steel constructions and profiles. It enables angle cuts to the left ( 60 grades) and to the right ( 60 grades). After the start vices are clamped, the cut is made by a selected speed, the microswitch is activated in the down position and the arm lifts up to the selected upper  position and vices open. The operator only  move the material. 
The conception of the machine is based on the verified conception of the very popular and successful 440x600 HORIZONTAL  machine. There are several technical improvements :
1. The blade is 10 grades sloped regarding the level of the vice  => higher performance when cutting, profiles,  longer bladelife,  higher performance when cutting full materials.
2. We use the blade of the bigger diameter 41x1,3
3. Vice with divided jaw that clamps the material in front of as well as behind the cut (vertical cuts).

Construction: A rugged construction of machine including vice allows to take advantage of bimetal blades maximally. The arm of machine is conducted by linear bearing with a high loading capacity. Working movement of arm between up and down position is regulated by microswitches.There is a vice with a long stroke hydraulic cylinder.  Thereis a turntable with machined leading place of a basement for making angle cuts. Two rugged cylinders support material to be cut. This machine has pulleys from cast iron – diameters 500 mm. Leading of blade is in hard-metal plates. There is a driven cleaning brush of a blade. The tension of blade is controlled automatically. Driving of machine is solved by a worm gearbox with a permanent filling.Three-phase engine with a termoprotection. There is a frequency convertor for a fluent change of revolution.
Basic equipement: frequency convertor, blade, set of tools, manual instructions.

The machine starts. Set the optimal feed of arm by regulative valve. The machine cuts the material. Limit switch of down position on. Arm is going up the material. The machine stops. The task for operator is to manipulate with material  and feeding material.
